  WHAT HAPPENED?

  Bright has struggled with a knee injury all season long, limiting her to just 10 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea, but she returned to the Blues' starting XI earlier this month and could play her first England game in seven months when the Lionesses face France on May 31.

  There is delight for one of Bright's Chelsea team-mates, too, as Beever-Jones has finally won her maiden senior call-up. There have been plenty calling for the 20-year-old to get her opportunity during what has been a breakthrough season at club level, with the forward netting 11 goals in the Women's Super League despite making just five starts, and Rachel Daly's retirement in April has paved the way for her to be granted that opportunity by Sarina Wiegman.
